Shipping Policy

At Brightfull USA, we are committed to getting our products into your hands as quickly and reliably as possible. To achieve this, we utilize Amazon’s Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) network. This allows us to leverage world-class logistics to provide fast, nationwide shipping across the United States.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).

  • Please Note: At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.

2. Processing Times

  • Order Processing: Most orders are processed and sent to the fulfillment center within 1–2 business days.

  • High Volume Periods: During holidays or promotional events, processing may take up to 3 business days.

  • Order Changes: Because our system is integrated directly with Amazon’s automated fulfillment centers, we are often unable to cancel or change an order once it has been "Accepted." Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

3. Shipping Speeds & Rates

We offer three tiers of shipping speed. All delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location.

4. Fulfillment & Packaging

To ensure the fastest delivery, your order is shipped from the Amazon fulfillment center closest to your location.

  • Packaging: Your order may arrive in an Amazon-branded box or a brown "unbranded" box.

  • Carriers: Amazon utilizes a variety of carriers, including the Amazon Logistics network, UPS, USPS, and FedEx. We cannot request a specific carrier for your order.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • How to Track: You can track your package directly through the link provided in your email or by visiting the carrier's website.

  • Delayed Updates: It may take 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation email.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at hello@brightfull.com.

  • Damage Claims: Please include photos of the damaged product and the shipping box so we can process a claim with our logistics partner.

  • Missing Packages: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received the item, please check with neighbors or your building management before contacting us.
